Israel's Untempered Wall

Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace:

and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and lo, others daubed

it with untempered morter. Say unto them which daub it with untempered

mortar, that it shall fall.” – (Ezk.13:10-11)

“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command-

ment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the prince shall be

seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again,

and the wall, even in troubleous times.” – (Dan.9:25).

We are to know therefore and understand that the wall being built in Israel today is a great fulfillment of prophecy that the saints have waited for nearly 2000 years. When I preached on my ‘towers tract’ just after 9/11 when our twin towers fell and our pentagon wall fell, the symbol of our vaunted military, I said “We don’t have walls and towers for defense today because modern-day warfare has made them obsolete.”

BUT ISRAEL IS BUILDING SUCH A WALL TODAY. And God has called me as the Biblewatchman to stand in my watchtower on the wall and watch and preach what the Lord shows me. Israel is building a wall of security and defense in Israel. When finished it will be 425 miles long – (125 miles are already completed). The Berlin wall was 96 miles long and 12 feet high. Israel’s present wall is 25 feet high. It’s a concrete wall crowned with watchtowers with snipers in the towers. It has fences, electric ground sensors, thermal imaging, video cameras, unmanned aerial vehicles, and razor wire. And it’s now being built through Jerusalem. The wall goes through Israel’s length and also through Jerusalem, dividing the Jews from the Arabs.

Israel calls it “the security fence” and it’s very controversial. It’s called by others – ‘the separation barrier’ – ‘the apartheid wall’ – ‘the segregated wall’ – and mostly – ‘Sharon’s Wall,’ after P.M. Ariel Sharon who started it in 2002. Yes, the wall shall be built again, even in troubleous times and these are certainly troublous times for Israel today and Daniel’s prophecy is being fulfilled.

God revealed to Daniel in (chap.9) the prophecy of ‘the seventy weeks.’ That there would be 62 + 7 weeks of years (483 years) from the time when the restoration of Jerusalem began to the first coming of Jesus Christ as the savior of the world. The time started with the return of the Jews from Babylonian captivity to rebuild the temple and the wall in Jerusalem under Ezra and Nehemiah. In Ezra they built the temple and in Nehemiah they built the wall. The first 69 weeks of years. (483 years) expired on the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus. After the rapture of the church,, God will continue the last week of years – the 70th week – the 7 years of the great tribulation period. As God continues the countdown to the second coming of the Lord Jesus. The prophecy was partially fulfilled (69 weeks of years) at the first coming of Christ and now very soon comes the fulfillment of the last week of 7 years just prior to the second coming of Christ. The Jews just recently returned to Israel and became a nation in 1948 after their second diaspora (disbursement) of nearly 2000 years around the world.

Yes, the wall is being built again “To restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the prince.” Time is very short for the rapture and the great tribulation and the second coming of Christ as king of kings and Lord of Lords. Jerusalem has had no wall since the 1550’s. This prophetic scripture in (Dan.9) is a great portion of scripture for end times prophecy and we see God now literally fulfilling the scripture today with Israel’s wall.

In (Neh. Ch.4) when the wall was built, it is much like ;the building of the wall in Israel today. A weapon in one hand and a trowel in the other for protection from the Arabs. As it is written in (vs.7-8) “But it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the wall of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth. And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem and to hinder it.” Today – Jul 10, 2004 the 15 international judges of the U.N. world court voted against Israel to stop the building of the wall, but Israel said they won’t stop building it because of terrorism.

I don’t want you to miss the 425 mile wall being built in Israel today. Watch along with this watchman. But there is a major difference between this present wall and the wall of Nehemiah. Nehemiah’s wall was of God. They had served their 70 years of captivity and the godly Jews returned to Israel to build it up again. But this wall today is being built by unbelieving politicians who are false prophets of peace, when there is no peace. There will be no peace in Israel and Jerusalem until the prince of peace, the Lord Jesus Christ, returns to Israel to establish his kingdom on earth for 1000 years. The remnant of Jews will receive him as Lord at that time and then Jerusalem will live up to its name – the city of peace.

As (Ezk.13) says, Israel is building a rickety wall of untempered mortar today, being built in the flesh and not the spirit. Many false prophets in Israel are advocating that the wall be built and peace will come for them. But their work and the wall will come to naught. It’s a weak wall of no strength and such a wall will not stand in the time of Jacob’s trouble when God’s storms of the great tribulation come upon them. False prophets in Israel lull people into a false security. Speaking soft, smoothe words of peace with the Arabs by giving up land. It’s a ‘piece process’ not a ‘peace process.’ Israel just keeps giving up land piece by piece and yet no peace comes.

The wall being built in Israel today will lead to false peace talks with antichrist because they have rejected Christ who is God’s peace. (Dan.9:27) says, “And he (antichrist) shall confirm (ratify, make stronger) the covenant with many for one week (great tribulation): and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease.” Pres. Bush’s ‘Roadmap to Peace” leads right through Israel’s wall and both were started at the same time.

JerUSAlem. Surely USA in the center of Jerusalem means something special. In the center of the middle east peace talks is the President of the U.S.A. He constantly meddles in Israel’s business and has only so far succeeded in muddying the waters further. The only one on the world scene that will broker a peace covenant between the Jews and Arabs is the President of the U.S.A. The president will confirm the covenant after he has brokered it and you will know he is the beast. There will be a temporary false peace and the president will be hailed as a great peacemaker and probably will receive the Nobel Peace prize as the false prince of peace. Israel’s wall and temple and pursuit of peace contrary to God’s word, leads to antichrist. Israel still has their backs turned away from the Lord Jesus. The gathering over Israel of the clouds of God’s wrath and fury and righteous judgment of a greatly provoked God, will soon come – (the great tribulation wrath of God). Israel’s apostasy is working hand in hand with the unbelieving Arabs because they have no Holy Spirit of truth.

The great tribulation storms will destroy the wall – God’s strong winds and rain and hail. “And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent” – (Rev.16:21).

(Eph.2:14) says, “For he is our peace, who hath made both one and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us.” No wonder they’re calling it ‘Sharon’s Wall’ a segregated wall between Jews and Arabs. It is both a wall of defense and a wall of separation. Both Israel and the Arabs aren’t saved and so making peace with God. They have no peace because they don’t believe the gospel of peace and so they continue toward Armageddon. The wall today only makes the world hate Israel even more and hastens the coming U.N. forces led by Antichrist against them. Israel calls it a fence and the Arabs call it a wall and yet both are the same in the bible. (Du.3:5) says – “Fenced with high walls.” The wall of de-fence- Amen.

Israel desperately needs the wall of partition taken down in their hearts. They need to make peace with God through the perfect Jew, Jesus Christ. Take heed to this Bible watchman on the wall. Watch Israel’s wall. It’s an untempered wall, built by man not God. Built to have peace and security man’s way and not God’s way of peace.

Israel’s wall will fall because it’s no more of God than the temple they will build also – (Dan.9:27 – Rev..11:1 – 2 Thes.2:4). The temple will be built and sacrifices done there. Maybe the beast’s Mid East covenant will specify that the Jews can build their temple. But the rebuilt temple is a rejection of Christ. He is the final perfect, supreme sacrifice. He is God’s temple and the saints are also. God doesn’t dwell in any temple today. As the martyr Stephen said – “Howbeit the most high dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? Sayeth the Lord: or what is the place of my rest. Hath not my hand made all these things. Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.” – (Acts 7:48 - 51). And so it is yet today with Israel.

But even though Israel’s wall shall fall, they shall not be destroyed. The Lord Jesus will come back at Armageddon and save them. “Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.” – (Zach.14:3)

Are you saved today? Have you been born again by the Holy Spirit? Repent of your sins and believe on Christ in your heart and you will have peace with God and eternal life. Don’t go to the lake of fire. Amen and Amen.
